About this episode

What happens when you look successful on the outside but internally, everything feels harder than it should?

In this episode of Resiliency The Podcast , Jenn Quader and Dr. Kelly Culver sit down with Stacey Keating , Vice President of Corporate Communications at CBL Properties, writer, speaker, advocate for women with ADHD, and soon to be TEDx Speaker.

Diagnosed with ADHD and dyscalculia at 36, and later OCD at 40, Stacey shares the grief, relief, and self-discovery that came with finally having language for experiences she had carried for years.

Together, they explore why ADHD in girls is so often misunderstood or overlooked, how high-achieving women can mask their struggles, and what happens when we begin unlearning the stories we’ve been told about who we are.

Stacey also opens up about being a self-described “recovering overachiever,” learning to trust intuition over anxiety, and finding the courage to share an unfinished story while still living it.
